Thanks for playing my puzzle, feedback is welcome! I didn't want this one to be TOO hard, but I fear some of my clues are a bit too obscure.

Hi Bouldersaur ( good morning? ). I could see where this was going but there were enough clues that I didn’t know that I couldn’t get the groups. If I’d have thought what the table clue meant then I would have been able to narrow it down and possibly get it, so I think it’s a great grid and good challenge. Ty!

Really good tough grid. Confess I refreshed the page as I ran out of time with just two groups so probably took me 30 seconds longer than the 3 minutes. Very satisfying when I got there though!

Susan B Anthony was promoter of women's rights, or women's suffrage.... not abolition

Thanks for the feedback @Cajun! Anthony is most widely known for her work in women's suffrage, but she's also a prominent abolitionist as well. Used abolitionist for the clue for the alliteration.

Only issue is that you did not opt for 5 minutes. The delineation of the groups is tough without pen and paper at hand if you can't worm thru one group quickly. Very good work on your part.

Love the idea behind it - very tough. Can you explain the Apian Way clue? Not to be pedantic, but is it different from the Appian Way in Italy? Thanks and well done, good grid!
