ThomasT: 'Lady's fingers' or 'ladies fingers' is an alternative (primarily British) name for the vegetable okra. The cookies known in Italian as savoiardi are almost always called 'lady fingers' in English, not 'ladies'. (1 month, 4 weeks ago)
